Doors to the studio open 30
minutes prior to class and are locked during class to protect your
valuables. For this reason, it is necessary to arrive at least a few
minutes before class starts and if it is your first time to the
studio, at least 10-15 minutes prior to start of class.
We specialize in working with beginners and
first time yoga students who are welcome to any class. We
encourage new students to try the Flow Series after taking a few
regular hot classes. Please ask an
instructor if you would like more information. |

This class is a hot flow series. Some basic
understanding on yoga poses &
alignment is helpful but will work with beginners on all levels. Try
it!

What is an open
studio class?
A 75 minute Bikram series (practiced either silently or to music in
the background). The instructor will practice at the front of class
to set the pace but will not give the dialogue or offer personal
corrections in this class. These class types are casual, fun & a
wonderful way to increase your focus & concentration.
Who may attend?
Anyone who has taken 10 Bikram classes w/the ability to safely
practice on your own. If you are not sure if this is you, please ask
an instructor.
When is it?
The time(s) will vary from week to week. At the beginning of each
week, we will post the open studio time for that week on
Facebook and in the studio. We will do our best to update the
message machine each Sunday so you may call anytime to find out when
class is that week.
How much is it?
Use your regular class package or you may pay a
$5 drop-in fee for the class. |
