What is Hot Yoga?
Hot yoga is an exhilarating workout done in a heated
room to help the muscles stretch safely and detoxify the body through
sweating.
The classes are all
beginner classes meaning they are open to all levels, ages, and
health conditions....ANYONE can do it!
A regular yoga practice stimulates and balances the endocrine,
nervous, immune, and cardiovascular systems. It alleviates pain and
symptoms of chronic illness. It increases strength, stamina and
flexibility. It calms and unclutters the mind so one can begin to
realize the deeper knowledge and potential within oneself.
